Questions we hear often.
Do we need our own survey data to start?
No. We can build a useful baseline from imagery and public datasets alone. Existing inventories and surveys make it more precise, and we will import them for you during onboarding.
How accurate is satellite monitoring under dense canopy?
Imagery is excellent at detecting change — new gaps, stress, windblow — rather than measuring individual stems. That is why every alert is designed to send someone to the right place to look, and field measurements always take precedence.
Where is our data stored?
All customer data is stored and processed in UK data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything at any time, and we delete it on request when you leave.
Can our land agent or contractors use the same account?
Yes. Invite as many collaborators as you need and decide what each of them can see and edit. Contractors can be limited to the compartments they are working in.
Is there a minimum contract?
Woodland and Estate plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Portfolio agreements are usually annual so we can include LiDAR processing.
